OneView works with a range of independent software vendors and technology service providers who are positioned to offer the OneView product set in addition to their own software, implementation, and technology services.
Through a comprehensive training and certification program, these key partners are positioned to ensure client success by providing exceptional delivery and support services for OneView products around the world. Resellers complete an extensive training program and annual program levels are determined based upon certification completion, lead generation, sales contribution, number of certified team members, and the number of successful projects. The certifications required include Positioning, PreSales, Sales, Implementation and Support.
Systems Integrators (SI) are global organizations providing a variety of services to support large retailers as they plan, execute and manage complex digital transformation initiatives. As leaders in their chosen market space, OneView's SI partners, bring unmatched capabilities to retail organizations from strategy to program planning to full program execution.
SI partners provide a variety of services to support large retailers. From referral fees to implementation services conduced by certified resources, SIs work with OneView and achieve program levels based on lead generation, sales contribution, number of certified team members and their history of successful projects.
Implementation Partners are regional retail implementation specialists with significant point of sale expertise serving small to large retailers. Through an in-depth certification program, OneView certification ensures each partner maintains the capabilities and direct skill sets required to build and execute a successful implementation plan.
With demonstrated success and certification skills, these partners are recommended by OneView to retailers. Program levels are determined based on lead generation, co-marketing and sales activities, number of certified team members and history of referenceable clients.
Independent Software Provider
Independent Software Vendors develop, market, and sell their own solutions that complement the OneView platform. ISVs work closely with OneView partner managers to identify joint opportunities, develop a compelling vision for how the products deliver better value, and support each other during the sales cycle. Program levels are based upon co-marketing and sales activity, as well as history of reference clients.
Service Providers are retail implementation experts with significant store systems and point of sale expertise serving medium to large retailers . OneView considers these relationships key to ensuring wide spread knowledge of the power of the OneView platform to solve a retailer's biggest and most complex challenges.
Service Providers earn referral fees by registering leads with OneView. They work with OneView in co-marketing and sales activities, pre-sales support, RFP preparation, and implementation services. Program levels are determined based on lead generation, RFP contributions, number of certified team members, and reference clients.
Hardware Providers provide complementary solutions that are certified on the OneView platform. These key partners focus on enabling seamless integration of the OneView platform with industry leading hardware solutions around the world. Partners take a leadership role in pre-certification, validation and planning to support integration of new hardware offerings.
Hardware Providers gain access to the OneView ecosystem via co-marketing programs and investment into pre-certifications. Program levels are based upon co-marketing efforts, certifications, and reference clients.
